The Colombian Ministry of Transport organizes the National Week of Sustainable Transport with a focus on cycling, starting the 21st of September. The Netherlands has a long history with biking and we think that the knowledge that we gained could be helpful to other countries in providing the facilities, policies and infrastructure to get a bike culture. We made a short movie for the Colombian Week of Sustainable Transport that shows which role the Dutch national, regional and local government have in facilitating the use of bikes.
