Training : User involvement during definition of the Program of Requirements for Integral Child Centre
The users of a community school determine the success of an Integral Child Centre or other multifunctional accommodation. By involving these users at an early stage and have them decide how the building will be, than the building will be better suited for their organization and way of working.
After we have been involved in several civic amenities in Amsterdam-North, the district asked us to indicate how they can work with the users in an early stage of the development.We gave a training how to involve users in the deciding proccess, how to inspire them and how to translate working methods in spatial concepts.
In the training , we actively started working with different kinds of methods to involve the users in the process.
