How to communicate the concept of the doughnut and the circular economy to the residents of a neighbourhood undergoing a renovation process? Start by thinking about what you eat, the footprint of the ingredients and where the leftovers and packages go afterwards. On April the 12 we organized a workshop at the community center Kleurrijk. The session was organized together with the municipality of Zaanstad, Zaanse geluiden and the neighbour manager of Peldersveld Hoornseveld, as part of the week about the Gezond Economie, part of the festival Zaanse Geluiden.
