Vanaf 1-1-2018 is Pepijn Verpaalen aangesteld als Coördinator Master of Urbanism van de MA+U van de Fontys Hogeschool van Kunsten. Hij vervult deze functie naast zijn dagelijkse werkzaamheden voor URBANOS. Deze deeltijd Master is een unieke kans om een internationale opleiding te volgen en daarnaast werkervaring op te doen. Studenten werken 4 dagen per week bij een gemeente, ontwerpbureau of andere organisatie en komen op dinsdagavond voor theorieonderwijs naar Tilburg en op vrijdag voor ontwerponderwijs. De opleiding is in het Engels en trekt studenten vanuit de hele wereld. Voor Pepijn is dit een mooie kans om van meerdere werelden te leren en geïnspireerd te worden door de studenten en collega’s.
We are very happy to announce that starting from 01-01-2018 Pepijn Verpaalen will join team of the Master of Architecture and Urbanism /MA+U as the head of the urbanism program. The Master is part of the Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts Tilburg. Pepijn is an urbanist and founding partner at Urbanos in Amsterdam. He has been a familiar face in the Master, since he lectured several times (Economics, Urbanism design studio and as a mentor of a graduate student). He will work 1 day per week at the Academy and the rest of the week in his own office.
